SpeedStudent.com is a Community of speed learners from around the world. We want you to take all of the knowledge that we have put into the pages, and apply our study tips and tricks to your success. If you can think of anything or have some special tips of your own, please leave it in the comment sections below each page so other people can share in your wealth of knowledge. We may even stick it into the main section, of course with a reference to you.

The rest of the site is pretty straightforward, you can look up study skills by the skill itself or by the class you would be using it in. We have found that this serves the most people who come here looking for study tips because they can choose to find exactly what they are looking for. Below you will find a short overview of each of the sections with links, just so you can know ahead of time what kind of study tips we have on the site.

Articles/Updates

This section is our blog where we post updates about recent developments in the site, as well as research concering study tips, study skills, learning methods, and memory techniques. We love teaching you how to learn faster and how to remember more, because we have gone through school and know how challenging it can be. Since we learned all of these amazing techniques we want to save you the trouble and teach you everything we know. In this section we also do software reviews and recommend programs and books that we are currently reading.

Skills

In this section, you can read through all of our techniques which have been sorted by the individual skills. The study skills sections is general knowledge that will help you study more effectively. The memory section is devoted to mnemonic devices and other memory tools that will teach you how to remember more. The visualizing section is all about how you can use your ability to visualize to master whatever you are choosing to study. The associating section is similar to the visualizing section, except that we are focusing on how associating can help you with study tips. The test taking section is exactly what it says; it will teach you the best methods that we have found in taking a test. Your mindset is one of the most important skills you need to develop, but is often skipped over in most traditional education systems. There is a ton of information out there about time management, but we hand selected a few of the best skills that you will need on your road to success.

Subject

Each subject that you will be learning will require a little different of an approach than another subject. This section will teach you skills that are directly related to each subject and will help you significantly in the mastery of that class. Whether you are studying math, literature, or a foreign language, we have some really interesting study tips that can give you the leg up on the rest of your classmates.

Speed Learning

This is the driving force of the idea of the SpeedStudent.com website. Doing more in less time is a natural step in evolution. Think about farming or the mail service. What if we still had the hand plow, and only had mailmen as our means to communicate. With new technologies we can finally not worry about food production or how to talk to our cousins across country; rather we can devote that time to focus on other areas of life. The same is true with speed learning. By taking in information faster, you are able to take in more in less time. By reading faster and learning faster you will be able to fit more into to your schedule than anyone who sticks to the traditional learning methods. Speed Reading and Photo Reading will help you save time with written word. Speed listening and speed watching will help you save even more time while watching videos on YouTube or listening to books on tape.

Brain Training

This section is a little course that we developed. It is quite simple, and very easy to complete, but you Will be surprised at how effective it truly is changing how your brain works. We broke it down into a 5 lesson course, although we may be adding some more in the future. These 5 lessons are the core concepts of learning, and will teach you how to present information to your brain in the way that your brain prefers to learn.

Tools

Whenever we design a new tool, or come across one that we are allowed to share, you will find it right in this section. Right now we only have the photographic memory tool, but that is still an extremely helpful tool that can’t be found anywhere else on the internet. Be sure to try it, and enjoy the results that you will receive.

Recommended

As a business we constantly are trying new ways to increase our productivity and our personal effectiveness.
