Surprisingly people enjoyed the mind mapping post from the other day, so I figured I would track down some free software that people could download and begin mapping on their computer immediately. You can find the software at http://www.thebrain.com/ and it is an instant download. There is a video that you can watch that explains how to use the software in a little bit more detail. It seems comparable to the mindjet software, in the main features. Obviously the more expensive software brings more to the table than the freeware, but for any practical application, the free ware would suffice.
